I'm just thinking if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind advanced cost accounting problems and solutions. I find solving equations really tough. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can assist me with this subject? |

I possibly could help you if you can be more specific and provide details about advanced cost accounting problems and solutions. A good program would be best option rather than a costly math tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any algebra problem from your book. It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just write it down as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers. |

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the college books. Algebrator is a good method to start your math career. |

I remember having problems with difference of cubes, interval notation and perpendicular lines. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
