But till now I have not succeeded. Its hard to locate someone easy to get to and reasonably priced. But then I have to resolve my problem with exploring square roots using factor powerpoint as my exams are coming up just now. It will be a immense help for me if someone can advice me.

I remember having problem with the same thing in Basic Math, so I think I could try to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Intermediate algebra, and I have to say it's amazing! It's less expensive than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you want. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever used a similar software. I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra tutor. You won't regret it!
