rational root solver

I have trouble with rational root solver. I tried a lot to get somebody who can help me out with this. I also looked out for a tutor to coach me and solve my problems on exponential equations, angle suplements and multiplying fractions. Though I found a few who could possibly work out my problem, I realized that I cannot find the money for them. I do not have a great deal of time too. My assignment is coming up in a little while. I am desperate. Can somebody lend a hand with this situation? I would greatly welcome any help or any advice.
