Well there are just two people who can guide me at this point in time, either it has to be some math guru or it has to be the Almighty himself. I’m sick and tired of trying to solve problems on rules in adding,subtracting,dividing and multiplying scientific notation. and some related topics such as matrices and parallel lines. I have my midterms coming up in a a few days from now and I don’t know how I’m going to face them? Is there anyone out there who can actually take out some time and help me with my problems? Any sort of help would be really appreciated.

What precisely are your troubles with rules in adding,subtracting,dividing and multiplying scientific notation.? Can you elaborate a little more.
