Well there are just two people who can guide me at this point in time, either it has to be some math guru or it has to be the Almighty himself. I’m sick and tired of trying to solve problems on rules in adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying scientific notation. and some related topics such as matrices and parallel lines. I have my midterms coming up in a a few days from now and I don’t know how I’m going to face them? Is there anyone out there who can actually take out some time and help me with my problems? Any sort of help would be really appreciated. |

What precisely are your troubles with rules in adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying scientific notation.? Can you elaborate a little more. I remember that not long ago I too had to go through a similar period of apprehension. In my instance, my desperate hunt led me to a tutor in my neighborhood. But he was so occupied that he simply did not have the time for me. He was the one who really suggested that these days there is yet one more solution at hand. He introduced me to these great software programs in math. |

I have also used Algebrator several times to solve math assignments. I must say that it has greatly increased my problem solving skills. You should try it out and see if it helps. |

Algebrator is a very great software and is certainly worth a try. You will also find many interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math much more fun. |

Hi all, Thank you very much for all your answers. I shall surely give Algebrator at http://www.roots-and-radicals.com/simplifying-radical-expressions-2.html a try and would keep you updated with my experience. The only thing I am particular about is the fact that the tool should give required help on Algebra 1 which in turn would enable me to complete my assignment before the deadline. |
