I have a serious issue regarding algebra and I was wondering if someone might have the ability to help me out somehow. I have a math test in a few weeks and even though I have been studying math seriously, there are still a some items that cause a lot of problems, such as ti-89 matrix non-algebraic variable in expression and like denominators especially. Last week I had a meeting with a private tutor, but many things still remain vague to me. Can you propose a good way of studying or a good private teacher that you know already?

A proper software would be best option rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of software I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem that you may want solved. It also clarifies all the steps (of the solution). You can just copy it as your homework . However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.
