Is this really true? Is there a program that can aid me with math? I have never tried one until now, but they shouldn't be hard to use I suppose. If anyone has such a software, I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in Intermediate algebra now, so I've been studying things like ti84 complete the square and it's not easy at all.

Let me tell you one thing, even experts in this subject sometimes lag in a specific branch.
