I'm getting really tired in my math class. It's convert 0.3 to a fraction, but we're covering higher grade syllabus. The concepts are really complicated and that’s why I usually sleep in the class. I like the subject and don’t want to drop it, but I have a big problem understanding it. Can someone help me?

With a bit more detailed information about convert 0.3 to a fraction, I can possibly help you if I knew a few more. If you don’t want to hire a algebra tutor, who is very pricey you can try this program Algebrator which I encountered and guarantee to be the best available. This Algebrator is equipped to solve any algebra problem that you enter and it also explains every step of the solution. You only have to represent as your homework. However, it is better to take the help of the Algebrator to learn algebra rather than use it to copy answers.

I guess you can find what you need at this http://www.roots-and-radicals.com/products-and-quotients-involving-radicals.html. From what I understand Algebrator comes at a cost but it has 100% money back guarantee. That’s how I purchased it. I would advise you to give it a shot. Don’t think you will want to get your money back.
