history of quadratic equation

Hi everybody out there, I am caught up here with a set of math questions that I find really hard to solve. I am taking College Algebra course and need help with history of quadratic equation. Do you know of any good quality math help software? To be honest, I am a little skeptical about how useful these software programs can be but I really don’t know how to solve these questions and thought it is worth a try.

I checked up a number of software programs before I chose Algebrator. This was the most appropriate for graphing equations, like denominators and graphing inequalities. It was simple to key in the problem. Instead of simply giving the solution, it took me through all the steps explaining all the way until it reached the answer. By the time, I reached the answer I learnt how to go about it on my own. I used the program for deciphering my problems in Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Basic Math in algebra. Do you suppose that you will like to try this out?

Thanks dudes for all your replies. I have got the Algebrator from http://www.roots-and-radicals.com/multiplying-and-simplifying-radical-expressions.html. Just got it set and began using it. Its superb. The exercise problems can test the real knowledge that we have on Algebra 1. I am thankful to you all!

Algebrator is a very incredible software and is surely worth a try. You will also find lot of interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math more enjoyable.
