how can i learn the algebra rules

I am in desperate need of help in completing a homework in how can i learn the algebra rules. I need to submit it by next week and am having a difficult time trying to figure out a few tricky problems. I tried some of the online help sites but have not gotten much help so far. I would be really grateful if anyone can help me.

If you can be explicit about how can i learn the algebra rules, I could provide help to solve the algebra problem. If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a math tutor, the next best option would be a correct computer program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come across which will elucidate every step to any math problem that you may write from your book. You can simply reprint as your homework assignment. This Algebrator should be used to learn algebra rather than for copying answers for assignments.

I have also used Algebrator several times to solve algebra problems. I must say that it has significantly improved my problem solving power. You should check it out and see if it helps.
