solving inequalities with fractions and equations

Hello gals and guys I require some aid to unravel this solving inequalities with fractions and equations which I’m unable to do on my own. My homework assignment is due and I need guidance to work on quadratic inequalities, proportions and sum of cubes . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are not economical. So I would be really grateful if you can extend some assistance in solving the problem.
