You can find many links on the internet if you google the keyword ti-83 silver convert to binary. Most of the information is however designed for the people who already have some knowledge about this subject. If you are a complete beginner, you should use Algebrator. Is it easy to understand and very helpful too.

I agree. Stress will lead you to doom. Algebrator is a very handy tool. You don’t need to be a computer expert in order to operate it. Its easy to use, and it works great.

I think this is the best link: http://www.roots-and-radicals.com/rational-exponents-and-radicals-definitions.html. I think they give an complete money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose. Best of Luck!
