formula for a percentage

Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in math soon and I would greatly appreciate if any of you can help me solve some questions in formula for a percentage. I am reasonably good in math otherwise but problems in graphing inequalities baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

What is your problem about formula for a percentage? Can you give me more details on the problems you encountered regarding formula for a percentage? Hey, just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar situation. I had even considered the option of dropping math and selecting some other subject. A friend of mine told me to give one last chance and sent me a copy of Algebrator. I was at ease with it within few minutes. My ranks have really improved within the last one month.
