Our professor has asked us to figure them out ourselves and then explain them to the whole class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please help me!

Can you elaborate a little more. I remember that not too long ago I too had to go through a similar time of anxiety. In my case, my hopeless search led me to a coach in my neighborhood. A truly great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Algebra 2, Basic Math and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.
