I didn’t really get the chance to cover the entire syllabus as yet. This is probably why I encounter problems while solving equations.

As a helping tool, I would suggest that you get a copy of Algebrator. This program is quite beneficial when doing math yourself.

I downloaded it recently from http://www.roots-and-radicals.com/radicals-and-rational-exponents.html after a magazine suggested it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem from my text book and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a step-by-step solution to my math homework. It’s almost like a tutor is explaining it to you. I have been using it for four months and so far, haven’t come across any assignment that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

You have abundant information on Intermediate algebra, particularly on perpendicular lines, trigonometry and graphing. All the best!

I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math much more fun.
