I am reasonably good in math otherwise but problems in reducing fractions baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced math help tool that I can use?

I think there are a few types that help you solve math problems, but I believe that Algebrator stands out amongst them. I used the program when I was a student in College Algebra for helping me with multiplication of rational expressions, and it never failed me since then. In time I understood all the topics, and after a while I was able to solve the most challenging of the exercises alone. Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was made for students, so it's very easy to use. Basically you just have to type in the keyword nothing more .Of course you should use it to learn algebra, not just copy the answers, because you won't learn that way.

I remember facing difficulties with fractional exponents, angle suplements and simplifying fractions. Algebrator gave step by step solution to my math homework problem on typing it and simply clicking on Solve. It has helped me through several math classes. I greatly recommend the program.
