I am ok in math otherwise but problems in conversion of units baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be great if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

This is a great software and I have used it several times to help me with my kid math+pdf problems. It is really very easy -you just need to enter the problem and it will give you a detailed solution that can help solve your homework. Try it out and see if it is useful.

You won’t just get the answer to the question but the entire solution as well, that’s how concepts are built. And to do well in math, it’s important to have strong concepts. I would highly recommend using this software if you want to finish your assignment on time.

Even I faced similar problems while solving converting fractions, rational equations and binomials. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Remedial Algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
